What is a ratchet belt? 

A ratchet belt is a type of belt that uses a track instead of the traditional belt holes found on most belts. This is different because you can slide the buckle along the track on the backside of the belt, which not only has a cleaner look but also has 1/4-inch increments, instead of the typical 1-inch gaps between belt holes.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to everywhere in New Zealand. Currently we do not ship internationally, but we hope to expand into Australia soon! 

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

If you order before 3pm on a business day, then your order will be shipped out the same day. If you order after 3pm, your order will be shipped out the following day. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders to anywhere in New Zealand (rural or urban, south island or north island) will take 1-3 business days to arrive. (There may be exceptions such as during holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas) due to high demand through NZ Post's services).

Is shipping free? 

Yes, shipping is free on all nationwide orders currently!

What is your 30 day money-back guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all our products. You can receive a full refund of your purchase by returning all items back to us in original condition and original packaging (e.g. belt uncut, buckle unused). You may return the product by shipping the product back to us (the return address on your order packaging). Once returned, if the item(s) are not in original condition then the return will not be accepted. You can send an email to us at support@buxbelt.com to enquire about a return.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product is damaged when you receive it, please email us at support@buxbelt.com with images of the damages on the product (include your name and order number found in your order confirmation email). If we determine that it is not the fault of a courier, then we will happily and swiftly send a replacement to you. If requested, you can also choose to receive a refund.

I cut my belt too short, what can I do? 

Hit the gym to shrink your waistline or waiting for the leather to regrow would be our best bet! It is your responsibility to cut your belt to the correct length if you choose to do so. You can see our how-to guide here

However, if this does happen, send an email to support@buxbelt.com & we'll sort you out, no worries.
